About Us

We have had Newfies for many years, but have only been breeding them since 2002. We have learned a lot over the last few years about breeding and wish to say thanks to the many other Newfie breeders who have helped us out with the many questions we had when first starting out. Breeding Newfies is an honor and a passion we do not take lightly. We raise Newfoundlands for the love of the breed, and to be able to allow others to feel the love and devotion a Newfie can bring into a home. We are commited to the new owners of the puppies for the life of the Newf if they have any questions or concerns (no matter how small). We have placed puppies in homes from as far away as Alaska to Texas and California to Florida, including Canada. All of our puppies come w/ a 1yr. full hereditary health guarantee.  All of our puppies receive un-ending attention(especially from the kids) with lots of love. We strive to properly get your new puppy off on the right foot by socializing them and introducing them to the other animals on the farm. We are very strict on where/who the new puppies go to and we will not sell a puppy if we feel for any reason that the puppy will not receive the proper attention, love and care they deserve. The pups will receive 2 sets of shots/vaccinations by 8 weeks of age and will also have a health check by the vet.

We first met Nate, Joyce and the puppies when they were 4weeks old and fell in love with the puppies right away, the hardest part was picking out the puppy and knowing you couldn't take him home right away. They take deep pride in their dogs and it shows in the puppies they have. He got along with our 2 cats (although they were skeptical at first) and our kids 3 & 7 yrs. old right away. He was almost completely housebroken when we got him. We would tell anyone looking for a Newfoundland to seriously consider them.

I got my newfie puppy from Nate and Joyce about 2 yrs. ago and have been meaning to write them a review but kept forgetting. Our Teddy(that's his name) was the easiest dog I have ever housebroken and trained. He has the best temperament of any dog I have ever had in the past, he is great around our young grandkids and our 2 cats, he thinks they are his brother and sister. Nate was very easy to work with and answered any questions we had even if some of them were probably silly. I would definitely purchase another Newfie puppy from them. Thanks Again for a great addition to our family.

I just wanted to thank you for the newfoundland i got from you almost 9 months ago. He is incredible and my best friend! His Name is Yogi bear he turns a year on the 9th of september and is almost 100 pounds! I couldn't thank you enough!

My family purchased a Newf from Joyce and Nate two years ago. The quality of Riley(Newf Purchased) was exceptional and she has grown to be an excellent Newf. I bought my pup from Nate and Joyce in March of '07 and could not be any happier, he is such a joy to have. He is a happy, healthy and playful 9 mo.  old pup, although he is already bigger than our Lab. I had never had a Newfoundland before and when they say they are there to try to answer any questions for the life of the dog they mean it, I tested them as I was full of many questions. They are excellent breeders and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Newfoundland pup.

Joyce was very kind and even invited me out to see her dogs, she runs a very good operation. I could tell the dogs got lots of love and attention, their dogs were a part of their family. She runs a very small scale operation and told me she does it for the love of the dogs, and that was reflected very well on my visit. She was very helpful in picking out a male puppy. The one I had originally wanted was already on hold so I picked out another one, she called 3 days later to tell me the original one was available again. I would highly reccomend anyone looking for a Newfoundland puppy to use Joyce. A very satisfied customer.
