Breeder is responsible for shipping unless otherwise noted below:

The purchaser agrees to provide this puppy with good

healthcare, proper exercise and proper diet/nutrition.

This Agreement only applies to the original purchaser and is

non-transferable.

We (the breeder), are released from all responsibility and liabilities

that should arise by fault of the canine to property or persons,

once the animal is in the possession of the purchaser.

In the unfortunate incident that one of our pups becomes severely

ill or dies due to a hereditary problem, within 1yr. Of birthdate,

we the breeder will refund the total purchase price as long as

the following is completed and submitted:

1.Complete records of Vet history from time of possession

2.Signed Paperwork from Vet stating full reason for death

or illness.

3.Puppy must make a vet visit within 72 hrs., if being

shipped by air.

4.Puppy must be up to date on all shots and vaccines.

We (the breeder) are released from any and all costs

associated with illness or death.

If any of the above is not or cannot be submitted to

us(the breeder) we cannot honor this health guarantee.

Should a legal dispute ever arise, the venue shall be the

State of South Dakota, Minnehaha County.

Buyer shall not sign unless he/she agrees and has fully read

and understands the contract as it is written.

Contract is void without the breeders signature
